§01 What Houston pools deal with
Spring oak pollen drops algae bombs into pools for 4–6 weeks. Summer heat pushes evaporation past an inch a week and burns through chlorine. Tropical systems can drop 6" of rain in a day and dilute everything. We adjust visit cadence and chemistry targets to your specific yard, not a generic schedule.
§02 Older inner-loop pools
A lot of inner-loop pools were built in the 60s–80s — small footprints, tight equipment pads, vintage plumbing. We service them. Newer companies often refuse "old equipment" calls; we maintain Hayward and Jandy gear that's older than the techs servicing it.
§03 Equipment access in tight lots
River Oaks and Memorial pads are often crammed against a fence or behind a privacy wall. We carry compact tooling and are practiced at servicing equipment pads where you can't open a heater door without sliding past the pump.
