Pool Maintenance That Catches Problems Before They Cost You

Most pool failures don't happen overnight — they accumulate. A skimmer basket that hasn't been emptied. A pump losing prime. Chemistry off by half a point for three weeks. We catch all of it on every visit and document what we found, so by the time something breaks you already know it was coming.

What's actually included in weekly full service

Our weekly full-service is everything a pool needs to stay clear, balanced, and equipment-healthy through Houston's brutal summer and pollen-heavy spring. We don't sell you a 5-minute toss-of-tablets-and-bounce service. Each visit takes 30–60 minutes depending on conditions and is documented.

  • Test and adjust water chemistry to LSI-balanced targets
  • Skim surface, brush walls/steps/tile line, vacuum
  • Empty all baskets (skimmer, pump, automatic cleaner)
  • Inspect filter pressure; backwash or rinse cartridge as needed
  • Inspect pump, heater, salt cell, automation, valves
  • Document everything in your visit log

Flat-rate Premium Plan vs. monthly À La Carte

Most pools work great on our Premium Plan — one fixed seasonal price, all chemicals included, predictable for budgeting. Pools that need less attention (or that you partially maintain yourself) can use our À La Carte plan, billed monthly with chemicals at cost.

  • Premium: flat seasonal fee, all chemicals included, weekly visits, free re-visit if anything is off
  • À La Carte: monthly billing, hourly routine service calls, chemicals at-cost

Commercial & HOA pool service

We service apartment complexes, condo HOAs, and small commercial properties with documented weekly visits, full chemistry logs, and Texas Department of Health-aligned compliance records — the paper trail your management company actually wants when an inspector shows up.

Frequently asked

Questions we hear
about maintenance.

How often should a Houston pool be serviced?

Weekly during swim season (March–October) for most pools. Cooler months can drop to bi-weekly if equipment is healthy and the pool is covered. Heavy oak/pine tree coverage usually warrants weekly year-round.

Do you bring all the chemicals?

Yes — our Premium Plan includes all chlorine, salt, acid, alkalinity buffer, conditioner, and shock. À La Carte clients are billed at our cost.

What if my pool is green when you start?

Green pool start-ups are a flat add-on, not a hidden fee. We diagnose first (algae vs. metal vs. phosphate problem) and quote it before doing the work.

Do you service salt systems?

Yes — we test and adjust salt, clean and inspect cells, and replace failed cells/power supplies. We service Pentair IntelliChlor, Hayward AquaRite, Jandy, CircuPool, and most major brands.

Who'll actually be servicing my pool?

We work with a small bench of trusted, vetted technicians and manage the work directly. Whoever is on your pool reports to us, follows our service spec, and submits the visit log to us — so accountability stays in one place. We coordinate scheduling and chemistry continuity even when crews rotate.

Do you service apartment complexes and HOAs?

Yes. We carry $1M+ general liability, provide weekly chemistry logs aligned with TX Dept. of Health requirements, and have decades of experience with property managers and on-site inspections.
