Pool Repair, Diagnosed and Documented

When your pool stops working — or starts losing water, or won't stay balanced — you need someone who can tell you what's actually broken, not someone guessing on a part swap. Every repair starts with a written diagnosis: what's failing, why, what it'll cost to fix, and what your options are. Then we fix it. Then we test it. Workmanship warranty on everything we touch.

§01

Leak detection & pressure testing

Most "my pool is losing water" calls are evaporation — and we'll tell you that for free with a bucket test if that's all it is. Real leaks get diagnosed in a documented order: visual inspection, dye-test the obvious suspects (skimmer throats, light niche, returns), then pressure-test the plumbing one line at a time with a written report.

§02

Repair process

We don't sell repairs we wouldn't recommend to family. If your pump is 14 years old and the bearing is screaming, we'll quote both the bearing replacement and the variable-speed upgrade and tell you honestly which one is the right call for your situation.

§03

Upgrade options when it's time

Variable-speed pumps pay back in 18–24 months on most Houston pools. Heat pumps cut heating costs vs. gas. LED retrofit kits drop into existing niches. We'll quote the upgrade alongside the repair so you can make the call with real numbers in front of you.

Frequently asked

Questions we hear
about repair.

How fast can you respond to a repair call?

Most non-critical diagnostics happen within 2–3 business days. Critical issues — pool overflowing, equipment leaking onto a gas appliance, heater fault during a freeze — get prioritized same- or next-day.

How do you find pool leaks?

We start with a bucket test to rule out evaporation, then visually inspect for obvious sources (skimmer cracks, light niche gaskets, return fittings). If those are clean, we pressure-test plumbing lines one at a time with a calibrated rig and produce a written report identifying the leaking line.

Do you warranty repairs?

Yes — workmanship warranty on every repair we perform, plus the full manufacturer warranty on parts. Both in writing on your invoice.

Can you upgrade my pump or heater to a more efficient model?

Absolutely. Variable-speed pumps and modern heat pumps usually pay for themselves in 18–24 months on Houston-area pools. We'll quote both "like-for-like" and "upgrade" options so you can make an informed call.

Do you repair commercial pools?

Yes — apartment complexes, HOAs, and small commercial properties. We carry full general liability and provide compliant documentation for inspections.

What brands do you service?

Pentair, Hayward, Jandy, Polaris, Zodiac, Aqua Comfort, Raypak, Sta-Rite, CircuPool, and most major OEMs. We also handle older units that newer companies refuse to touch.
