Do you service above-ground pools?

No — we work on in-ground gunite, vinyl-lined in-ground, and fiberglass in-ground pools only. Above-ground pools are a different equipment world and we'd rather refer you to a specialist than do them halfway.

What areas do you service?

Greater Houston Inner Loop and inner suburbs (Heights, Garden Oaks, Bellaire, Memorial, Montrose, River Oaks, Tanglewood, West U), plus Sugar Land, Missouri City, Jersey Village, and our entire eastern route — East Houston, Channelview, Baytown, Pasadena, La Porte. Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — fully insured with $1M+ general liability and the certifications required for residential and small commercial work in Harris and Fort Bend counties. Documentation provided on request for HOAs and property managers.

Do you handle emergency repairs?

Yes — equipment leaking onto a gas appliance, pool overflowing onto a structure, heater fault during a freeze. Critical issues get prioritized same- or next-day. Call us first; we'll triage what kind of visit you actually need.

How do you price pool service?

Two ways. Premium Plan is a flat seasonal fee that includes weekly visits, all chemicals, and a free re-visit if anything is off. À La Carte is monthly billing with chemicals at our cost. We quote both during the walkthrough so you can pick the structure that fits your pool.
